How do I get a refund?

Email billing@morphra.com from your account email. Most refunds are approved in one read — see our Refund Policy for the rules.

My generation looks bad. Will you refund it?

Generally no — AI is probabilistic and credits are consumed on successful completion. But if the issue is on our end (false-positive content block, broken model output), write to us and we'll review.

Do you train on my prompts?

No. We don't use your prompts, uploads, or outputs to train models — ours or anyone else's. Details in our Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Settings → Billing → Cancel. Takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep access until then.

I need API access / volume pricing.
